While myself and colleague blogger Eugene Osafo Nkansah of Nkonkonsa.com were sponsored by Eurostar Limousine Group to Cover this year’s city People Entertainment awards, most of the nominees of the annual award show had to book their own flights and sort out accommodation by themselves.

One of these artists was Salma Mumin. She flew into Nigeria, Lagos on Saturday immediately after Sonia Ibrahim’s engagement because that was how important the nomination was to her. To make it short and simple, while i sat listing the winners from Ghana, i noticed the show gradually coming to an end and eventually it did without most of the categories been mentioned.

Salma Mumin was in disbelief but was helpless after noticing her category was not mentioned. She questioned some of the Ghanaian representatives of the Award show but couldn’t get a meaningful response from them.

She was nominated for ‘Best actress of the year(Ghana)’ and her movie “No Man’s Land” had been also been nominated for ‘Best Movie of the year (Ghana).
