The father of late dancehall diva Ebony Reigns, Nana Opoku Kwarteng, has made a shocking revelation concerning Ebony Reigns’ unreleased songs which was given to him by Bullet.
Nana Opoku started attacking Bullet after the demise of Ebony with some accusation hitting Bullet so hard that he revealed that he was washing his hands off everything that has to do with the late dancehall sensation and promised to send all unreleased songs of her to her dad so he takes charge of everything.
After months of waiting for Bullet to bring the songs, Nana Opoku Kwarteng in an interview with B Ice on Kumasi-based Agyenkwa FM noted that Bullet has not giving him any song from his daughter and that he wanted it to be on record that he hasn’t received anything from Bullet.
But in an appearance on Adom FM’s ‘Work and Happiness’ show today, February 4th, Starboy Kwarteng revealed that he paid for Ebony’s unreleased songs which were in possession of Bullet and other sound engineers.
“They called me for the songs, I spoke with them, I paid them and I took it, it’s not for free anyway”
The Rufftown Records label headed by Ricky Nana Agyemang aka Bullet, the man who discovered and managed Ebony till her death released a statement today washing their hand off all songs belonging to the late Ebony Reigns.
This decision was after Ebony’s father accused Bullet of cheating him of proceeds from Ebony’s Tribute Concert organized in honour of her daughter.
He claimed in an interview that out of the GHS39,000 profit made, Bullet only gave him GHS2000.
