We caught up with the ever so talented singer / songwriter / instrumentalist Ms. Forson over the week and we had just one question for her after listening to her newest single / video ‘Number 1’ featuring Fameye. After we found out she wrote the entire song and played the guitar rifts on there , we asked , who are the young Ms. Forson’s influences ? Who are Ms. Forson’s top 10 Ghanaian Acts of All time.

 Kojo Antwi – I grew up loving His songs rhythm and chord progressions. He is a great intellectual writer and a unique singer. I look up to Him

Samini – I love his energy on stage. He’s magical. 

Efya – I love Efya because she has a free soul, she’s an amazing vocalist and a great performer.

Kofi Kinaata – I love his unique music writing ability.

Sarkodie – I love Sarkodie’s lyrical content and personality. 

Becca – I love The way she carries herself. She’s very bold,outspoken and sensational. She has exceptional stage craft.

Ebony – may her soul Rest In Peace,she inspired me with her sincere, daring and spontaneous personality.

Daddy Lumba –  I love his wordplay and versatility in creating music

Shatta Wale – I love Shatta because he is very outspoken and a go getter. That I look up to.

Adina – She is an excellent singer and I look up to her.
