President John Mahama today graced a parade at the Independence Stadium in Banjul to commemorate the 50th Independence Anniversary of The Gambia. Mr. Mahama who attended the ceremony in his capacity as Chair of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government, was joined by the President of Guinea Bissau, the Vice President of Nigeria, Prime Minister of Senegal and former Nigerian President, Olusegun Obasanjo.
