Award-winning singer, Bisa Kdei, has stated that his statement that described dancehall artiste, Nii Armah Mensah Jr., known in showbiz industry as Shatta Wale, “as a comedian was a joke.”

According to Bisa, who speak with Giovani Caleb on Late Night Celebrity Show,

“Yes I said Shatta Wale is a comedian but it was a joke.”

“I believe my brother Shatta is doing a great job in the dancehall scene and indeed he has raised the bar to a certain level but all the same I would love to do a collaboration with him when the time comes,” he said.

He explained that the reason for saying Shatta Wale was a comedian was because of the way makes the youth connect to his songs and also the way “he acts as if he is rude guy but to me he is not.”

Meanwhile, Shatta Wale on Friday, January 16, 2015 on the same show said “I am cool that is the way he sees me and I also love to be comedian.”
