To celebrate African creativity Visionaries fashioning Africa (VFA), in collaboration with
Zhuri and Soho House Paris, is set to host the second edition of Visionaries Fashioning
Africa (VFA) on September 25, during the highly anticipated Paris Fashion Week.

This
exclusive event will bring together industry leaders, visionaries, and key stakeholders
from across the fashion world to honor African creatives who have made an
immeasurable impact on the global fashion landscape.
Following the success of last year’s event, VFA 2024 will maintain its immersive and
interactive format, beginning with a dynamic panel talk session at the esteemed Soho
House Paris from 19H to 21H, centered on the theme “Ethical Fashion and Storytelling in
Africa: Crafting a Sustainable Future.”

This session will feature leading industry experts who will share their insights and
opinions on Africa’s role in shaping a more sustainable and ethical fashion industry,
making this an unmissable discussion for those dedicated to pushing the boundaries of
responsible fashion.

The panel will include Bubu Ogisi, Creative Director of IAMISIGO, Adama Paris, Creative
Director of Adama Paris, Emmanuel Okoro, Creative Director of Emmy Kasbit, David
Tlale, Creative Director of David Tlale, Ntsika Tyatya, Culture and Communications Lead
at Maxhosa Africa, and Aristide Loua, Creative Director of Kente Gentlemen. The panel
will be moderated by Nsimba Valene, Fashion and Brand Consultant, and founder of
Libaya.

This will be followed by an exclusive, intimate dinner hosted in partnership with

Incredible Studios, which will serve as an opportunity for further networking among like-
minded stakeholders from the industry.
