Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known by his stage name Sarkodie, is currently wrapping up a video shoot for a new song with American hip hop artiste Ace Hood in Miama.

This video was shot by South African director Justin Campos of Gorilla Films which is due for release in a few days. The video would be made available through the Tigo Music/Deezer platform.

A major breakthrough comes years after debates for Sarkodie to collaborate with a big American artiste were made. Ace Hood reached out to Sarkodie for this project. Ace Hood brings years of mainstream experience to this collaboration that should be important to the song’s global appreciation.

Ace is signed to DJ Khaled’s We the Best Music Group, and Cash Money Records, he is the brain behind the very popular ‘Bugatti’ song of 2013. Hood’s other popular song is ‘Hustle Hard’, a song Sarkodie helped grow its popularity in Ghana with his ‘Young Young Girls’ cover.
